Hawaii Process Service provides full-service legal support services including Process Service, Skip Trace Investigations to help locate people who have moved or whose whereabouts are not currently known and Court Services. We can file legal documents such as Subpoena (Domestic and Foreign), Summons, Small Claims, Family Law, Unlawful Detainer Evictions and Probate.


Hawaii Process Service uses Servemanager.com Process Server management software. We can provide customers with access to view their case as it is updated by our process servers and office staff in real time. This is a great benefit to our customers. Our Process Servers can be dispatched throughout the islands of Oahu, Maui, The Big Island and Kauai.


We have three options when ordering services.


ROUTINE PROCESS SERVICE

What is included?


  • First attempt made within 72 hours of us receiving the documents and payment arrangements
  • Free filing of Proof of Service (some restrictions apply - call for details)
  • Mileage Rate - 60 cents per mile/round trip from court location charged for pick up service, court service and attempts (Oahu Only)
  • Notary Rate - $15 per signature
  • Up to 3 attempts made per address attempted/charged
  • Stake Out Rates - $100 per hour (With Customer Approval)
  • Discounted Rates for Volume Accounts
  • Servemanager.com access - This option gives the customer the ability to view status of the assignments, documents, communications online and to add new jobs and assign them to us directly. 24/7 access!!
  • Free Basic Skip Traces - when a bad address is discovered
  • General Excise Taxes - Not Included
